Proportional-Regelventile

 

Proportional-Regelventile sind eine spezielle Bauform von Regelventilen. Sie werden für den Betrieb von fluidführenden Systemen benötigt. Sie steuern die Auslassmenge direkt proportional zur Eingangsmenge. Wählen Sie hochwertige Materialien aus und sorgen Sie für eine lange Nutzungsdauer der Produkte. Passend für die jeweiligen Leitungssysteme finden Sie Bauteile mit unterschiedlichen Anschlussdurchmessern und zulässigen Betriebstemperaturen.

 

Regelventile - häufig benötigtes Zubehör in der Fluidaufbereitung und -regelung

 

In fluidführenden Systemen muss stets ein Druck herrschen, der sich innerhalb der zulässigen Grenzen befindet. Sowohl ein zu hoher Druck als ein zu niedriger Druck bergen Gefahren für das System und dessen Funktionsfähigkeit. Bei einem zu hohen Druck wird das System überbelastet, bei einem zu geringen Druck droht der Ausfall. Regelventile regulieren den Durchfluss des Mediums. Das Medium fließt in dem Umfang in das System, wie es über den Regler eingestellt ist. Technisch realisiert wird die Durchflussregulierung durch die Änderung des Durchmessers der Öffnung. Der Durchmesser der Düse bestimmt, ob und wie viel Medium durch die Leitungen fließt.

 

Die Funktionsweise der Proportional-Regelventile

 

Ein Stellsignal wird angelegt, was die Kontrolle ermöglicht. In wasserführenden Systemen werden mehrere Regelventile benötigt und ein Austausch ist bei einem Defekt unvermeidbar, um zu verhindern, dass das Medium ungeregelt in das System fließen kann oder aus dem System abfließen kann. Muss der Volumenstrom kontinuierlich gesteuert werden, verwenden Sie Proportionalventile. Handelt es sich um ein stetiges Ventil, dann verfügt es über eine Magnetspule oder einen Linearmotor.

 

Das Besondere an einem Proportional-Ventil

 

Das Proportional-Ventil dient ebenso wie andere Regelventile der Steuerung der Richtung und der Menge des Mediums in der betreffenden Leitung. Die Besonderheit des Proportionalventils liegt darin, dass Sie die Auslassmenge direkt proportional zur Eingangsmenge steuern können. Der Begriff "proportional" stammt aus der Mathematik. Er bezieht sich auf das Verhältnis zweier Größen zueinander. Vervielfacht sich die eine Größe, dann vervielfacht sich die andere Größe um den gleichen Faktor. Im Fall des Mediumflusses bilden die Auslassmenge und die Eingangsmenge die beiden Größen: Verdoppelt sich die Eingangsmenge, dann verdoppelt sich die Ausgangsmenge. Verdreifacht sich die Eingangsmenge, dann verdreifacht sich die Ausgangsmenge. Dieser Umstand ermöglicht die präzise und einfache Steuerung.

Regelventile steuern den Durchfluss, was bedeutet, dass das Material unweigerlich mit dem entsprechenden Medium in Kontakt kommt und der Gefahr der Korrosion ausgesetzt ist. Hochwertige Materialien, beispielsweise verzinkte Oberflächen, verfügen über einen sehr guten Korrosionsschutz. Die Lebensdauer erhöht sich, Schäden werden vermieden. Neben dem Korrosionsschutz überzeugen hochwertige Materialien außerdem durch Beständigkeit und eine hohe Belastbarkeit.
