Surfaces need to be cleaned of rust, paint, limescale, and other substances or roughened in preparation for painting.
Abrasive blasting is a proven process for cleaning, roughening, or refining surfaces and is used in many different areas, including industry, construction, and trade. In the case of sandblasting, fine particles – usually steel grit, corundum, or other abrasive materials – are blasted onto the surface of a workpiece at high pressure. This efficiently removes dirt, rust, old layers of paint, or other contaminants.
This process is particularly useful when other cleaning methods are overly time-consuming or ineffective. In addition to cleaning, sandblasting can also be used for surface preparation to roughen materials before painting or coating. The process improves the adhesion of the new layer and ensures the item treated this way has a longer service life.

The Clemco Power Injection blast guns are perfect for repair work, delicate surfaces, thin sheet metal, and for light to medium contamination, with blasting performance comparable to a pressure blasting pot with an 8 mm nozzle. They are also ideal for mobile use. The handling ensures a straightforward setup, meaning these blast guns are easy to transport and also perfectly suited for use in environments with limited space.
