THE SOLUTION
A ready-to-install all-in solution that is used for borehole intensification machines and mobile mixing systems. Its function: to switch a wide range of pneumatic butterfly and other valves. The air used is purified in several stages to ensure the system’s longevity and protect the downstream valve technology. This project is another example of the versatility of compressed air and of just how many different applications are served by products that feature compressed air technology and pneumatics.
When searching for an experienced partner for the assembly and outsourcing of our control cabinets, we found the ideal provider in Riegler. Together we developed the final configura-tion, which is now ready to go into series production and ensure us major time savings, consistent quality standards, and thus also cost reduc tions. Technical data of the pneumatic control cabinet:
- 5/2 directional control valves 24V DC
- Multiple base plates for directional control valves
- Oil flex cable for wiring the valves
- Individual maintenance unit consisting of water separator or filter, microfilter, mist lubricator, and precision pressure regulator
