THE CHALLENGE
Batch mixing plants are ideally suited for production of suspensions containing solids, mixtures that are overall made up of several solid and liquid components as well as a wide variety of applications in special civil engineering. Within these batch mixing plants, a pneumatic unit ensures that air is blown in and the mix is duly aerated and thus fluffed up on site.

THE SOLUTION
Ready-to-install complete solution that reliably supplies the batch mixing plant with clean compressed air. The installed components have been selected according to performance data that make them perfectly tailored to the requirements of batch mixing plants. For example, we deliberately opted for force-controlled magnetic valves to ensure that the unit blends reliably. Mixing plants are likely to involve harsher conditions – with dust, vibrations, contamination, etc. – than other plants. The panel on which the assembly is mounted corresponds to the existing RAL paintwork, ensuring the module is also ideally integrated into the system in a visual sense.
